The benefits of Yoga practice are obvious to those who have a firm commitment to take positive action. The difference between empowerment, and failure, is that successful people never give up. Yoga is a mechanism by which practitioners gain mastery over their lives.
Restorative poses are derived from Hatha Yoga poses, although the English names may have been changed because instructors come from a mix of lineages. Although some poses are similar, they are set apart from their original styles to adjust the posture for the unique body of the student. This is a different approach, which Paulji teaches, in that the body does not have to fit a preconceived mold.
In order to teach yoga meditation, it’s important to know exactly what it is and why it is so beneficial to yoga practice. Of course there are those who teach just meditation or asana, but the two compliment one another in a way that once you’ve combined them you may wonder why you never did before.
My viewpoint is as follows: If you make too much money doing anything, give it to others. Help local charities and causes that exist for the good of the entire planet. If you want world peace, to feed the hungry, clothe the poor, or to save the whales, there is a charity for it. If you want to create a new charity, take your money and start one. My point is simple; it’s not that easy for many people to have huge surpluses of money. If you have a fear of making too much money, just give it away. This is not the concern of most people, because most people need more money and they need to change the path they are on.
