Yoga therapy can serve as an effective adjunct treatment for those people who undergo medical treatments or psychiatric counseling.
So, here I am looking at the latest Yoga gadgets and somebody created a “chakra opener.” I’ve seen some fancy wine bottle openers, but let’s be honest – Do you really think it works? I would have called it, Sanjeev’s EZ-Open Chakra Opener, but I’d make no guarantees as to what it would do to anybody.
Most likely, however, yoga is a tool to change oneself. No one can really change you. No one can save you from yourself, not even the most advanced Yoga master. Yoga is a tool for inner change. Inner change won’t happen overnight, it is something that will need to be worked at. The only one who can do that work will be the student.

Yoga for post traumatic stress disorder not only has the potential to eliminate many of the symptoms of PTSD; but it, also, shows promise in offering sufferers a future filled with peace and joy.
There are a number of different yoga classes that will contribute to muscle strengthening and lengthening. Students are able to work the entire body in Ashtanga classes, and the combo classes of Yoga and Pilates, allow for heavy core workouts. There is no comparing these to high-intensity workouts, but this is not necessary to kick start the metabolism so that weight loss can continue even between workouts.
Yoga positions urge your body to extend and elongate. Yoga will cause you to become more mindful of your form – how you stand and take a seat innately, and if you slouch when you. This will cause you to walk more upright, producing the impression that you are taller. Following a small number of yoga classes, you’ll discover that your stance will have developed and the aligning of your upper body feels like you’ve added an inch or so.
As with any type of physical exercise, Yoga has numerous health benefits. Increased flexibility and muscle, cardio endurance, and circulatory health are among the few benefits of this practice. Enhance metabolism and improved respiration are also beneficial. Interestingly, the practice of Yoga requires individuals to concentrate deeply on correcting poses and positions. As a result, most individuals do not feel as though they are working out and increases the likelihood of continued physical activity.
