Advice for Teachers
There are a few things to keep in mind when teaching online Yoga classes. Firstly, it’s important to create a safe and comfortable studio space for you. This means setting up your room, camera, and equipment, in a way that allows everyone to see and hear you clearly. It’s also important to make your students aware of their surroundings. Mention student safety to prevent home injuries on their end. Lastly, it’s important to have some pre-recorded videos as samples on YouTube, Daily Motion, and/or Facebook. It’s wise to cater to the needs of all of your students so that everyone can benefit from the class. If you create paid live classes with video conferencing technology, you want to be able to save classes as pre-recorded class options. Sometimes, our students are thousands of miles away, so we want to provide a mix of options.
