After a two years fight against cancer with chemotherapy and stem cell transplant I felt so weak as I had to experience a significant loss of muscle and weight. Carefully I started with a gentle yoga session every day. Now, two years later, I state that yoga literally brought me back to life.
So I signed up for yoga teacher training, with the idea to share my experience with people who might be in a similar situation and to encourage them to add yoga with its numerous benefits in their life’s too. The teacher training I signed up to, was supposed to start in fall 2020 in a City one hour away to where I live. But due to Covid the course has been cancelled. As I did not want to wait any longer I started my researches for online yoga teacher training.
It was my best decision ever to choose “Aura Wellness Center” with its fair pricing and long experience in online training. First I was a bit concerned, as English is not my mother language, but Jackie and Dr. Paul encouraged me to start. So I stepped in, knowing there is help around the corner just a phone call or an email away. Through the entire process, which is extensive, challenging and very interesting, I felt perfectly guided and supported by Jackie. She is doing an outstanding job. Also Dr. Paul who joined us in each Zoom-Class session. I learned so much that affects my life in a positive way and I am just in the beginning of that journey.
