I signed up for the Hatha Yoga 250H teacher training course during the Pandemic and I can honestly say this course saved me. Having something positive to focus on was the best thing during these unusual times. I am also so impressed with Dr. Paul Jerard and his team. It is an honor to say that Dr Paul is my Yoga Teacher. He is providing something amazing to all of us and has created an incredibly supportive community. The program is excellent, very affordable and convenient.
