Meditation has been a very important part of my life for almost 20 years as a tool for mental wellness to help with the symptoms of anxiety and depression. It wasn’t until I was studying for my Hatha Yoga Certification which I completed this past summer did I consider meditation as a daily practice for myself or others. It has been life changing. Much like diet and exercise prevent disease, the meditation techniques and deeper understanding of them and myself that I’ve learned from Dr. Paul are treatments for what ails us mental, physically, emotionally and spiritually. We treat the illness not just symptoms.
I cannot wait to share the gift of meditation with others.
