We all can manifest our destiny, but sometimes it feels like a block in the way. This can be an internal or external obstacle. You may feel overwhelmed by work and responsibilities or held back by self-doubt or fear. Thankfully, there is a way to take back control and create a better future for yourself: Meditation. Meditation has long been used to bring about positive life changes, but it’s only recently that people have come to understand its true power.
